MODULAR OFFICES
Modular office systems are designed to fill the need for an extra office, lunchroom, clean room, guardhouse, equipment enclosure or other space. Modular office panels are interchangeable for future alterations and additions, and entire offices can readily be relocated.
Traditional construction utilizes studs and drywall, which leave unsupported cavities that can be punctured easily. Modular office walls are fully supported using industrial grade insulated polystyrene which provides impact resistance, durability and sound deadening qualities. Wall facings are pre-finished with laminated vinyl or steel that meets the most severe demands.
General construction takes time to complete while a standard small modular office can be assembled in one day. With a modular office there will be fewer disruptions, less mess and no engineering or architectural fees.
Modular offices are pre-engineered and can meet any building code.
