Mezzanine

MEZZANINES
Applications:
Freestanding mezzanines are the best way to increase storage or work areas by utilizing existing cubic space. Square footage is added to production or storage areas at a more economical cost than with expansions or interior constructions.

Another added value to free standing mezzanines is that they are modular and can be expanded or relocated at anytime. Mezzanines can host office spaces, pick areas, storage or manufacturing operations.

Advantages:
Freestanding mezzanines are considered "Equipment" due to their bolt-together construction. This allows for a quick 7 ½ year depreciation and a faster return on investment than with general construction. See our Reference Section for more details and consult your tax advisor for specifics.
