Gravity Conveyor

Gravity conveyors are utilized to facilitate the movement of material. Boxes, totes, bags and even pallets can be moved on gravity conveyor. Skate Wheel conveyor is designed for use with boxes, cartons or packages. Skate Wheel is often used to facilitate the unloading or loading of trucks, to move material between assembly operations, or from one point to another in packing areas. Expandable Skate Wheel is ideal for truck loading operations since it extends when in use and contracts for storage.

Roller conveyor is designed to move cartons, boxes or totes. Roller conveyor can also be used to move pallets or skids. Many manufacturing operations use roller conveyor to move large production items, such as kitchen cabinets. Stainless steel frames and rollers are available for wash-down operations. Heavy-duty roller conveyor has a capacity of 860 lbs./foot, with individual roller capacity of 1100 lbs.

Accessories available for both Roller and Skate Wheel: 45 and 90° curves, merge sections, gates, height-adjustable stands, guard rails, package stops and in-line ball transfers and scales.

Gravity systems can be configured for power conversion in the future. By using grooved rollers in a gravity system, powered rollers can be added when the need arises.
